Some Silicon Valley lawmakers say without investments in infrastructure, the region may not be able to attract enough qualified job seekers in the years ahead for the needs of the area’s growing technology companies. They met with tech executives yesterday in Cupertino for a forum on a new study of the industry’s challenges.
